You can do so much with the simple one-patch. I like the action that this color arrangement creates. The actual colors are nicer than they look on my screen, especially the hot pink.
The quilt below has a more classic layout with the squares creating a big diamond shape, and the large blocks in the corners. This quilt is available in my Etsy shop.
